I am a Law School Student up to my neck in loans and bills. This is all a bit much for me. I dont have this months or the next rent. I have so many bills and have been looking for another job since October. I just cannot find any relief. I come from a family with no way to help me financially, but their prayers are appreciated. Living in San Francisco it is no wonder people are homeless, the cost of living is sky high...and I am barely living. Between the stress of law school and wondering if my blls and rent will be met I feel beat. Can someone please help me?

Hello. I am an african american single mother. I have bad credit but am trying to get a loan to purchase my first home. I have a pretty good job which I've been on for more than two years now. Previously I was in a very bad relationship, but now I am rebuilding my life and wish to provide my two year old daughter with a lovely home. Please help me. Thank you.

I am a 27 year old single mother who had no choice but to start over.  It wasn't my choice to be a single mother, but my choice to become a stay at home mother to my two sons.  Unbeknowest to me, the father of my children secretly started a new relationship and had no plans on following through with support.  I stopped schooling and stopped working, thinking that I was going to have help from him.  If it wasn't for my family, I would be on the streets.  Right now they pay my rent and bills until I get on my feet.

I would like to go back to school, as well as get some assistance with bills (debt), and be able to provide for my children.  I am living in a rural town without a car, so right now my means of working would have to be via computer.  I see so many ads for governement assistance for housing downpayments, but you first have to qualify to get a home loan, and that totally excuses me.
